Alan’s journey with us began through our ALPS training program, and he has since developed a strong foundation in customer relations and sales that makes him well-suited for this leadership role.
As a leader, Alan places a high value on building strong relationships with both customers and employees. His approach is grounded in personability, transparency, and a willingness to tackle difficult situations head-on. Alan believes in leading by example, never asking his team to do something he wouldn’t do himself. He is committed to mentoring his team, being a role model, and ensuring that everyone knows how much their contributions are appreciated.
Alan recognizes the challenges of being a new and young manager, particularly in earning the trust of both customers and the team. However, he is excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. With a solid customer base, a tenured and knowledgeable team, and the strong relationships he has already started building, Alan is well-positioned to drive growth and success in the current market.
Outside of work, Alan is a passionate rugby player for the Hartford Wanderers. He is a big fan of music and tattoos, and he keeps himself energized through regular workouts and outdoor activities.
